The theme of the conference this year is: ‘The Impact of the Digital Age for District & Community Nurses’
We are very pleased to announce this year’s National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG) National District Nurses Conference will take place on Thursday 21st November at the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa, in the Rutland Suite, with the exhibition area situated in the restaurant which will be set up for exclusive use of the NDN conference, and where the mid-morning break, lunch and afternoon refreshments will be hosted.
This will be a productive and valuable day for all involved within District Nursing. The conference agenda is coordinated by Libby Horridge who facilitates the National District Nurses Network. Members have not only requested this conference from us but are also supporting the agenda and the content. In addition to our members, we will be targeting managers from across the NHS and private sector specialising in District Nursing roles. The agenda will be available in the coming weeks. The exhibition will run alongside the conference with plenty of networking time scheduled throughout the day
There will also be a prize draw, offering delegates the chance to win prizes should they visit all exhibition stands and obtain details on our signing sheet. This will ensure all exhibition stands receive plenty of exposure.

£1500 plus VAT
Package to include:
- 2 metre depth x 3 metre width exhibition stand space (stand position will be allocated by NPAG)
- Company logo to be included within conference marketing material
- Company logo to be included on NPAG website in run up to conference
- Hand-outs on registration
- 1 x 1/2-page advertisement within NPAG News (2024 editions)
- 4 x Delegate Passes (passes for the exhibitor stand staff)
- 2 x NHS Guest Passes
- Bed and Breakfast for the night prior on Monday 16th September 2024 for up to two company representatives
GOLD Package Exhibition Stand
£1200 plus VAT
Package to include:
- 2 metre depth x 3 metre width exhibition stand space (stand position will be allocated by NPAG)
- Company logo to be included within conference marketing material
- Company logo to be included on NPAG website in run up to conference
- Hand-outs on registration
- 1 x 1/2-page advertisement within NPAG News (2024 edition)

SILVER Package
Exhibition Stand
£1100 plus VAT
Package to include:
- 2 metre depth x 3 metre width exhibition stand space (stand position will be allocated by NPAG)

- Company logo to be included on NPAG website in run up to conference
- Hand-outs on registration
- 1 x 1/3-page advertisement within NPAG News (2024 edition)
- 2 x Delegate Passes (passes for the exhibitor stand staff)
BRONZE Package Delegate Pack Inserts: £450 plus VAT
The conference organisers will place inserts in delegate packs, as supplied by the sponsor and will be given to all delegates at registration.

- 2x Delegate Passes (all access)
- Company logo to be included within all conference marketing material
- Company logo to be included on NPAG website in run up to conference
- Social Media exposure via our Twitter Feed
- Company brochure / Information Sheet on registration
- 1 x 1/3-page advertisement within NPAG News (2024 edition)
Additions to your package
could include:
- Each stand can have a up to an additional two people attend the conference at £75 plus VAT per person or £130 plus VAT for two.
- Additional NPAG News advertisements - £100 + VAT per article.
- *Stationery on the tables - £250 plus VAT
- **Bags/Handouts - £250 plus VAT
*Offered on a first come basis. To be supplied by the sponsor. The stationery will be placed in the conference room for delegate use during the conference.
**Offered on a first come bases. To be supplied by the sponsor. Delegate Bags will be distributed on registration, to all delegates attending the event. They provide delegates with something to collect and carry all the information from the day.
Terms and Conditions:
Company brochure / information sheet to be provided by sponsor. Company brochure / information sheet must be no larger than A4 size and consist of no more than 5 pages. Larger inserts may be considered at additional cost in negotiation with the conference organiser. Additional exhibitor places to be agreed with the event organiser at an additional cost. A prospective sponsor attending the conference as a delegate will be charged £250 + VAT.
