Outsourced Contact Centre

CallEEAST offers NHS Trusts and commercial organisations a large range of contact centre services, such as Inbound Call Handling and Virtual Receptionists. All profits are reinvested back into the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust to support NHS innovations and enhance patient outcomes.

Community and Business-Based Training

Through TrainEEAST delivering our paramedic-led training programmes, we empower communities by providing continuous training opportunities. This enables them to better serve the population and respond effectively to immediate intervention needs.
