The facility to discuss operational issues and concerns whilst measuring service performance using tailor made benchmarking activities is valuable to all members.
Over the years, the group has dealt with a wide range of issues specific to the organisation and delivery of an effective buildings maintenance service. This group comprises of NHS Estates professionals from Acute Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Community Trusts and NHS Property Services Ltd.
Each meeting agenda is driven by the members, where there is opportunity to discuss individual operational concerns and issues and to seek advice and guidance on how others are operating the services they provide.
